At BirdFood, we believe food is more than something we eat, it’s a way of bringing people together, creating memories, and celebrating the seasons around us.

 

Since 2011, we have been creating bespoke food experiences built around local, ethical and sustainable ingredients. From intimate private dining and relaxed gatherings to retreats, celebrations and special events, every menu is thoughtfully designed around the occasion, the people and the story behind the food.

 

What began in the village of Lindfield, West Sussex, has grown into BirdFood’s home in the beautiful countryside of Blagdon, North Somerset.

 

Wherever we cook, our philosophy remains the same: championing exceptional producers, respecting the seasons, and creating food that feels generous, beautiful and full of flavour.

 

We work closely with local growers, farmers and makers, reducing food miles wherever possible and celebrating the incredible produce on our doorstep. Every dish is created with purpose from the ingredients chosen, to the way it is presented, through to the experience shared around the table.
